  • My work out, My way


    My diet : I have to admit that i love eating too much and i cant say no to ice-cream, but with working out I can keep my body skinny and healthy at the same time. I have been eating so much for a year, without thinking about health or gaining weight, but that's not the way that it should be. I have been working out once in a while, but not really paying too much attention. I haven't gotten serious till one day, when watched this video with a sexy-hot Latino girl and it inspired me. They are not thin,  but they are fit. Big boobs,  big butt and I was yeahh! That's the kind of a body that i want. So I started to work out and I got Fredrik to help me. Started from 3 times a week, to now 5 times a week. It hard for me to get my ass in the gym and work out alone, so i choose home fitness instead.

    What I'm doing now is a home fitness program call P90X. It's very popular program in U.S. right now. Luckily that all of my roommates, do the same work out as I do. We work out together in the evening at rooftop of our house.



    This is kinda hardcore serious training, for people who want to get their whole body fit. The video is by Tony Horton and he's a funny trainer. I like P90X training because the next day, after the work out,  my body feel so so sore. And I like the feeling of being sore because it make me feel like I did complete something yesterday.




    This is our home workout equipments, not all are mine.




    I usually use only  4-10 pounds



     
    And the ball.  Ball workout does make everything so much more fun.



    Sometime I switch it to "Insanity workout". This one is much more fun and much easier. I find that this insanity work out, make me lose weight quicker. 
    P90X is more for gaining muscle.



    Trained by Shaun T. All you need to do is grab the CD and grab a couple of friends and get started. Ladies would like it more I think.
    Working out is definitely better than a group of girls getting together and gossip. Hahaha. This is much healthier as well.

    I also do Cardio or Yoga sometimes. Trying to change it up every week,  so I wont get bored.





    All I want after work out is good, delicious and healthy food. Me, personally,  love cooking, but I'm not so good at it (yet) and still leaning. Most people said cooking is a difficult thing, but I find it quite easy, as long as your house have an oven. Oven make everything easier for sure. And its not only because I love cooking, but i also enjoy watching people enjoying my food too!



    If you want to keep your body skinny and healthy, diet is very important. If you think after you  work out you can eat anything you want. Well, you might need to change your thinking. I rather eat good and healthy food instead,  like lots of protein,  less carbohydrate and less fat.


    Anyway, let me show off some of my cooking.  :)






    These two are my favorite dishes. Look impressive isn't it? but guess what?.. these 2 dishes are so easy and simple, you just have to get your favorite vegetables and a chicken. Cut them into small pieces, put some seasoning and leave in in the oven for 30 - 40 mins. Done!




    Salmon & boiled mussel plus broccoli.




    Pork stake with boiled broccoli and baked potatoes. I love bake potatoes (so good)




    Beef steak with boiled potatoes & asparagus.



    Sometime i get lazy, and I make myself a fresh fruit juice instead.

     

    Any kind of fruit or vegetable, as long as its fresh, it will taste good.


    Enough about workout talk,  lets talk about the biggest party in town "Bangkok Edition festival" with Armin Van Buuren & Avicii. (Arranged by a friend of mine, who had arranged all the big parties in Thailand)

    Sometime you need to enjoy your life once in awhile. Since i missed the "ZoukOut" in Singapore, I had to attend to this one.

    How can you miss this one when you are on the VIP list.



    Was there with a few friends, but they were really hard to find,  because there were way too many people.









    Avicii is great, but Armin rocks the night.




    Cant keep myself at the VIP section, so I had to join the fun people.

  • A Good Times



    1 year have 365 days. Time is passing real quick. You can feel that the more you're getting older, the quicker it goes.
     I was quite happy for the past 365 days except the time that my grandmother passed away.

    Happy Anniversary :)



    Woke up and i saw a boy walk into the room with  flowers and i went immediately back to sleep, because I thought I was dreaming.
    It took me awhile till  i realized that it wasn't a dream and i was like " No wayyy". That was kinda funny because i never thought he would do that. -because he is the type of guy that don't know what it means to be "ROMANTIC"-




    He doesn't remember anything else in this world, but our anniversary date Which is the  only thing that i can't remember now, even though he told me about 10 times. ( I just suck at dates )




    - I LOVE HIM NOT BECAUSE OF WHO HE IS, BUT BECAUSE OF WHO AM I WHEN I AM WITH HIM -

    Happy Thanksgiving

    Do you know why American celebrates Thanksgiving? It's because in the past there the American settlers who first came to the land of freedom were stuck. So the native Americans (Indians) came to them and gave them food when they were in need. Well i did not know this  till we had this Thanksgiving celebration at our place. This was my first time celebrating thanksgiving as well :)


     

    We ordered 14 pounds Turkey with stuffing from Villa. So good and so yummy, I love turkey!



           

    Home-made mash potatoes, home-made corn cake, corn and fruity pie.

  • Back on Xanga


    Never thought that i would ever be blogging again, since its now have been about a year of since I moved from Singapore. I've been traveling  lots, including  Shanghai, Oslo-Norway, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok-Thailand, Northern, North East and Southern of Thailand. It's been fun traveling around and i still want to travel more. For now, I'm based in Bangkok, but not sure how long that will last. Been missing Singapore and all my friends there, especially my best friends. I still want to travel and see all the places that i never been to. But at the same time look for something to do. A job,  either a part-time job or maybe my own business.

    Well, some of  the people here might not have seen the pictures that i uploaded on fb yet,  so I'm going to blog about it today. I was at the south of Thailand for about 2 weeks ( beach hopping )  "sun, sand and tan",  (but no tan for me though)



    my boyfriend bought me the last Twilight book (breaking dawn), to read on the plane. 765pages for just an hour flight.


    Samui Island






    stayed at ArkBar hotel, it was good hotel for a reasonable price, including breakfast.

    We drove around the island with rented motorbikes, searching for waterfalls, but unfortunately we failed, and stopped at Republic beach to relax instead. Very recommended place!






    We spent our Halloween in Samui,  but none of us were prepared  for the party, so we just improvised with eye liners and whatever we had.

    Stayed at Samui for 5 nights and then I had to leave to Chumphon for work. I missed the half moon party at Koh Pangan with the boys, but work always come first.

    I cant even remember the name of the resort we stayed at, all i remember is that we had to wake up at 4am everyday. And finished shooting probably around 6pm.

    Koh Tao (peaceful and beautiful)

    Took a boat from Chumphon to Koh Toa, and I was sleeping through the boat ride all the way.








    Met up with some Norwegian friends who are exchanged students at Bangkok University.

     

    Chilling by the pool, sun tanning, reading a book and pizza. Life is good!




    Top of the mountain. Where you can see the whole island.. so beautiful.




    We took the boat ride around the island, there were bunch of beautiful beaches and resorts around the island.




    The water were so clear,  even though it was low season.

    Koh Nang Yuan ( Amazingly beautiful )







    Koh Nang Yuan is amazingly, crazy, and incredibly beautiful.  White sand and crystal clear water.

    The water was so crystal clear that you could look down till the bottom of the white sand as well as all the fishes. 
    The fish were so friendly and they love swimming around you.




    The view point, just a few hundred steps up to the view point, but it was all worth it.




    I  had such a great time hopping around beach to beach, 2 weeks of holiday this time was great! So chill and so relaxing.
    I' m definitely going back to Koh Tao & Koh Nang Yuan again! I've never though that Thailand had such beautiful beaches and nature.

    visited the set of  "Hangover 2"  they're  filming the hangover 2 in Bangkok... it was my pleasure to visit them, we had a conversation with everyone on the set and we saw some of the scenes that they were making... it seem so fun, I felt like i wanted to be a part of it as long as i would be right beside Mr. Bradley Cooper (my fav actor) i bet he is every girls favorite actor, am i right? hehe

    he is the the most friendly person ever and he is so humble, he talk to us like we are his friends. even at the first time we met...  when i first saw him my heart went pa pa poom! when i shake his hands my heart went "boom boom pow!" which girl wouldn't? :D

    The rest of the crew, we are not allow to show the picture of them because the rest of them had the new look as they have to keep it as a secret till the "hangover2" come out in the theater... the hangover 2 is gonna be so good, i cant wait to see the whole film.

    "Safari World"

    Safari world "here we come!"  haha i don't really like the word "here we come" though, sound as we're  kids-
    I love zoo's and I love most of animals but there is one animal i hate the most, hate it so much I'm not gonna tell cos i even hate to mention it..

    we got there 9 am in the morning... it was just me and Freddy, too bad Jan couldn't made it, she would love this place as much as i do...





    i want this baby tiger... :D  it is soooooo cute,



    and the baby lion... they dont care about anything in this world other than milk milk milk!



    they have sea lion show, dolphin show, monkey show, and spy show and all the shows are petty good.



    i didn't know that giraffe is so big & tall.
     


    i like monkey but i don't really like them to hug me, their arms are so longgg.. he got so upset when i said "dont hug me"! they understand, look at the monkeys face.. awww im sorry but maybe next time.  he loves the monkey (they look a like)


    we rode around in the safari park...


    it's a real huge park.. we spent 8 hours in the zoo and the park. it's amazing they have all kind of animals, except penguin and we had a chance to get so close to the animal and the nature.

    No turkey for Christmas this year, but we had tom yum soup instead.. hahaha  we all love thai food.

    "orphanage house"


    visited orphanage house (6months-5year old) it was the first time in my life that i been to a orphanage house,  as i been wanted to go for a long time. This place is a little bit far away from Bangkok, but still easy to find. when we got there i felt a little bit disappointed for not have time to go buy some snack and sweets or chocolate for them, but we donated some money instead...





    they love to be carried, they're so happy when we talk to them and hold them





    look how happy they were... they all need some love...



    and this trip was an idea of this big boy with the biggest heart, he is the one who brought me to this place as he wanted to surprise me.
    So sweet of you. :)

    there's this book's saying "do good, say good, think good, u get good". been reading a lot of books about life and why we are born in this world.  pretty good book though, u have to read it. it will change ur life and ur thinking. it'll make u a better person. some people take a lot of their time to think about others instead of themselves. think abt people's life, where they are, what are they doing, who they're with, they shouldn't think about other people too much. instead, they should take some of their time to think about themselves and how to make themselves a better person.. i used to think a lot about how people think of me, think about what people hear about me due to a rumor about me that my ex ex created 2 years ago.. back then i was very angry but i did not really care about it so much cos i thought "what a joke?" and it was not true but now it's kinda getting more and more serious but what to do? i cant control what people say or what people think. i am happy the way i am right now :)

    *no greed, anger, jealousy,  learn how to forgive & forget and be a better person.
     that's what im doing everyday..


    i've been doing a lot of workout and running to keep myself in shape. kinda getting older i think i grow up very fast. im 22 but my body tells me i am 25. i feel like a woman now haha.. is it a little too much?

    nice place and incredible view, this place is at the roof top of Lebue hotel, im not sure if this hotel is the highest hotel in bkk.. they don't allow to take a pic at the restaurant only at the bar, i will show u how it's look if u see from the top.

    i think a lot, even my dad says so. he said i think way way too much for my age cos what im thinking is too far to think about right now hehe..  parents u know? always think we r kids..
